This addition was designed as a “three season room” to maximize the client’s connection to the outdoors. The space acts as the social hub of the property, connecting the ocean view to the east with a west facing deck.

Automatic, phantom screens can enclose the covered terrace, while a large pass-through window anchors the indoor / outdoor bar.
