A unique and wonderfully designed 1970’s home. Our goal with this project was to retain much of the original character while modernizing the layout to better suit the clients young family.

A new two car garage is connect to the original home by a glass breezeway. On the interior, we’ve opened up the main floor to create a continuous kitchen / dining area. The exterior will be complete with high performance German windows, shou sugi ban wood siding, and black metal roofing.
