Every project begins with a unique set of parameters. At this phase, we meet with you to determine your goals. Your site’s unique features, such as: views, solar orientation, and privacy are all taken into consideration to ensure your project highlights Newfoundland and Labrador’s natural beauty.

During the schematic design phase, we use your requirements and the site’s unique features to develop the initial idea. We work with sketches, drawings, 3D models, and renderings to create and convey a custom design. As the concept is fine-tuned, your feedback is incorporated every step of the way.

Once the concept has been approved, we start to dig into the details. At this stage, we develop the design and complete the construction documents required for the contractor to price and build your project. Throughout this phase, we coordinate with engineering consultants and finalize elements like construction details and finishes.

A great concept is nothing without follow through. We can help you find the right contractor for the job and walk you through the pricing process. Once a builder is selected, we’ll continue to follow the project through to completion, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
